The Recruiter (Business Development Executive) plays the important role of translating digital proposition to cyber-cafe owners to be able to sell the concept of servicing insurance Company's customers through the official website
1. Visit at least 3 cyber-cafes a day for new enrolment in the first 2 months, and at least 2 from month 3 until a team size of 22 is reached
2. Achieve his goals sheet expectations.
Qualification
Min. Std XII pass
Graduates will be surely preferred
INR 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 P.A. At par with the Industry

Recruiters recruited should necessarily fulfill the following criteria.
• Full awareness of the territory he/she is recruited for (should have spent at least last 5 years in the territory)
• Motivated to spend at least 8-10 hours a day in meeting cyber-cafe operators and discussing the plan with them, with a bias for results
• Adhere to all operating guidelines needed to follow as well as to the script
• Avoid over-commitment, yet adequately communicate the service opportunity to cyber-cafes in the prescribed manner
• Ability to hand-hold the cyber-cafe for servicing
• Probing attitude to get to root cause for non-performance of a participating cyber-cafe
• Report daily performance to the coordinator
• Communicate feedback on on-ground activities to the head office on a daily basis, in the provided reporting format
• Ensures that he/she and his/her team attends all training programs that they are invited for
• Follow the prescribed dress code
• Ensure POS material is prominently displayed in all participating outlets, and only inside the premises of the outlet
